SHIP-TO STATES

Please contact PATRIMONY Estate at inquire@patrimonyestate.com for a list of states we currently ship to.

All orders must be signed for by a person 21 years of age or older upon receipt. Please select your shipping address accordingly. Shipping fees incurred to reship orders returned to PATRIMONY Estate due to failed signature and delivery attempts may be the responsibility of the customer.

SHIPPING POLICY

Couriers and methods vary from state to state, to optimize quality control and expediency. Once the carrier picks up your package(s) from our fulfillment house, tracking information and an estimated delivery date will be emailed directly to you. Please be sure that an adult 21 years of age or older is available to sign for the shipment when it arrives on the scheduled delivery day. In the event of extreme weather conditions, PATRIMONY Estate may delay shipping. PATRIMONY Estate will notify you if there is a delay in shipping.

Ordering online: When placing an order we ask for your name, mailing address, e‑mail address, daytime phone number, date of birth (YOU MUST BE 21 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER TO PURCHASE OR RECEIVE WINE), credit card number and expiration date. This allows us to process the order and ensure the legality of the shipment.

This information is used by PATRIMONY Estate for the operation of our website, to maintain quality of the service, and to provide general statistics regarding use of our website.

PATRIMONY Estate will occasionally update this Privacy Policy. The effective date of this Privacy Policy is September 1, 2022. The effective date will be posted in this section of this agreement if any changes are made to the agreement.

REFUND POLICY

Our refund policy is on a case-by-case basis. All sales are final. We will replace the bottle with our current available vintage or refund the customer at our discretion. Additionally, our corks are insured. If you believe you received a corked bottle, please contact us to discuss a replacement.
